Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1-1/4 lb)
- 8 slices bacon
- Wooden picks
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cut tenderloin in 8 slices. Wrap each slice with with bacon and secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining pork medallions and bacon. Season both sides with salt and pepper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Broil or BBQ for 7-8 minutes or until nicely browned.
