To start, add some
strawberries and a little water to your blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and give blender a little rinse. Next add 1-2 frozen bananas, a spoonful (or
2) of Greek yogurt, and a little bit of milk. Blend, and pour that into a
glass, rinse blender. Last blend a handful or two of blueberries and just a tad
of water. Pour on top of the banana mixture. If your mixtures are
too thin, add a few ice cubes to thicken it up. Layer red, white and than blue. You can even make them as a smoothie!
