2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 T. cornmeal
2 T. wheat germ (or flaxseed or you can omit)
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
3 T. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
1 1/4 buttermilk (to make add 1 T vinegar to 1 1/4 c coconut milk and let stand 5 minutes)
2 egg whites
1 T. non dairy butter
1 t. vanilla extract
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls and than combine together
(sometimes I add a little water if it looks to stiff or dry)
