
1 1/3 c coconut or almond milk
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c applesauce
1 t vanilla extract
1 c whole wheat flour (or pastry flour)
1/2 c flax seed meal
1/4 c wheat germ
1/4 c whole white flour
4 t baking powder
1 T sugar
1/4 t salt
1. In a large bowl mix together eggs, milk, oil, applesauce and vanilla. Beat in whole wheat flour, flax seed, wheat germ, whole white flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
2. Pour into a heated waffle iron.
